Service Guide SABOTEUR Jewellery

Our exclusive SABOTEUR jewellery pieces are designed in our own design studio with the greatest passion for detail and are predominantly handcrafted to the highest quality by our best goldsmiths.

We organise the production of our jewellery according to the strictest criteria in line with our corporate social responsibility.

We use different precious metal alloys for our jewellery, such as 925 sterling silver, 18 k yellow gold, and 18 k palladium white gold, which are also combined with each other depending on the design.

Furthermore, we use only genuine stones, diamonds and freshwater pearls in our SABOTEUR jewellery and watches.

The diamonds used for SABOTEUR are obtained exclusively from legitimate sources that are not involved in financing conflicts. They comply with applicable United Nations resolutions and are subject to the Kimberley Process certification system (System of Warranties).

THOMAS SABO hereby warrants, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds, that these diamonds are conflict free.

The respective statutory provisions on liability for defects shall apply. In addition, your SABOTEUR products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you as a consumer have purchased the product in the SABOTEUR online shop. 

The warrantor is THOMAS SABO GmbH und Co KG, Silberstraße 1, 91207 Lauf, Germany. The warranty does not cover improper use, negligent handling, wear and tear, wear and tear parts such as leather and fabric straps, third-party repairs or damage caused by external influences.
